Hoisin sauce is a dipping sauce and condiment found in
Chinese cuisine.

Chinese
word
"hoisin" actually meanss "seafood", but
hoisin sauce does not in fact contain any fish.
The sauce is made
from soy beans, rice, wheat flour, sugar, garlic, red chili peppers and water.
