Ostrich
Ostriches are large flightless birds native to Africa. However they are farmed
in around 50 countries all over the world, including some relatively northerly countries
such as Sweden.
Principle ostrich products are meat, leather, eggs and feathers. Ostrich meat has
a dark red color, is low in fat, and has been describing as tasting somewhat
similar to lean beef.
