Worcestershire Sauce
Worcestershire sauce gets its name from an English county.
The was sauce, which was originally invented in 19th century
Britain,
is made from fermented anchovies,
vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, onions,
water, and a variety of spices.
Worcestershire sauce has many uses.
It is used as an ingredient in many different dishes, and also in
cocktail drinks
(mostly famously, the Blood Mary, which is
cocktail of vodka and tomato juice, flavored with Worcestershire sauce).
Additionally, many people enjoy Worcestershire sauce as a condiment, particularly
